The event promotes the need to rehabilitate the Marikina Watersheds and emphasize the use of the Bicycle as a tool for disaster management and transportation.
This event is organized by Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement (PRRM) and supported by the Firefly Brigade and the local governments of Quezon City and Marikina.
