Around 80 cyclists joined this morning Halloween ride that started in Greenhills, visiting San Juan Cemetery, passing through the Kamias Bike Lanes and the very fresh Commonwealth Motorcycle Lanes, and finally ending the ride at UP Diliman. The group also brought candies to give away as treats to traffic enforcers and kids along the route.
The CMR coincided with the recent 'motorcycle lanes" news, wherein we felt a little tricked. Fireflies are still waiting for real good news about true pedestrian and bicycle pathways program of the government.

Riding in MMDA Bike Lanes (actually a parking lot now) in Kamias.
Checking out the mighty motorcycle lanes along Commonwealth.
To give us a little hope, we ended the ride at the wholesome and inspiring UP Bike Lanes.
We may feel a little tricked out, but it does not mean we'll have to lose our composure and goodwill!
Trick or Treat to all!
