A Bicyclist in Mad Avenue

Call it madness or insanity, it doesn’t matter, but you wouldn’t be far off defining what bicycling is in Metro Manila’s streets, whether you are traversing a major city artery or a simple side street in your barangay.  However, you could still see a semblance of order arising out of our cities streets’ cauldron of confusion if you care to do so, only, with a word to the wise, this could ironically drive you to madness or insanity, (choose your own definition or poison, if you like.)

Some Thoughts on the EDSA Bike Lanes

April 2016 CMR North East of QC

Our April 2016 Critical Mass Ride will be held on April 17, starting at the UP AS parking lot.  Assembly time is 6:00 AM and ride out is at 7:00 AM. Route will be announced before ride out. This will be a prelude ride for the Earth Day celebrations on April 22.  

Little Miss Bicyclist

She’s a brave, although a bit unsafe, bicyclist.  Her bike doesn’t have any brake at all but she bicycled along the sidewalk without a care in the world.  She went on her merry way without looking back after being asked why her bike doesn’t have brakes.
